Does my parent have to do anything?+
No. That's the whole idea. You give us the details and they receive a finished book. There's no app, no login, and nothing for them to fill out. They simply open it and enjoy it.
What if I don't know all the details?+
Birth year and hometown are enough to get started. Everything else (family names, their old job, hobbies, photos) makes the book more personal, but it's all optional. Just add what you know.
Is this a memory-care or medical product?+
It's a keepsake made for connection and joy, not a treatment. Many families navigating memory changes love it for the conversations it sparks, but we don't make medical claims and it isn't a medical device. Think of it as the most personal gift on the shelf.
Is the information I share private?+
We use the details you provide only to make the book. We never sell your information or your family's photos. You can ask us to delete everything once your order ships.
How long does it take to arrive?+
